How We Work?

1

Design & Measurement

Decide wall size, height, and prepare drawings with reinforcement details.

2

Prepare Moulds

Use steel moulds, clean and oil them before assembling to size.

3

Place Reinforcement

Cut and bend steel bars as per design and tie them properly in the mould.

4

Mix & Pour Concrete

Pour RCC mix into moulds and compact using a vibrator for uniform strength.

5

Curing

Keep panels wet for 7–14 days to ensure proper strength development.

6

Remove Moulds

Demould panels carefully after initial curing, usually 24–48 hours.

7

Transportation & Erection

Transport panels to site and fix with foundation supports or columns.

8

Finishing

Apply plaster, paint, or protective coating as needed for durability.
